Welcome dear, I am so excited you joined this course!
First of all, congratulations on becoming a mother, and undertaking the mighty task of bringing in a new soul to this world. No small feat, and every woman deserves a medal and rose petals laid at their feet when they commit to a pregnancy—if you were to ask me.
Kundalini Yoga finds many women during their time of pregnancy. It is no coincidence. The children being born in the world today are very very different than those born even 20 years ago. The child requires extra care and deep spiritual nurture, and is also asking for a mother who feel spiritually nurtured and taken care of. So use these classes as a weekly exercise program during your pregnancy + to establish your connection to the child in your womb and your own Infinite Self.
All the classes here are designed around the needs and bodies of pregnant women. All the exercises are safe to be done during all stages of pregnancy, and modifications are given as needed. With that being said, always listen to your body, and feel into yourself when you practice. It is totally okay to skip and exercise if it doesn’t feel good for you to practice it. If you need extra breaks or rest, hit the pause button and resume when you feel ready.
