/ about
BIO
Nam Satya started practicing yoga as part of her dance education as a child and teen, and later in her early 20s got into the philosophical aspects, and began studying meditation and take trainings in different yoga styles. When Nam Satya met her teacher Harijiwan in 2016, she fully dedicated herself to Kundalini Yoga and the dharmic path that followed. Since 2018 she has lived on Mallorca.
After becoming a mother, and motivated by the experience of applying the yogic teachings to her own pregnancy, Nam Satya started sharing the kundalini yoga pregnancy and motherhood teachings, through her training Mothers Divine Course. The annual educational course covers everything from fertility, conscious conception, yogic sex teachings, relationship teachings, to how to teach pregnancy yoga, sound technology and how it impacts the child in the womb + how to create the sovereignty, self trust and mental strength necessary to navigate birth, the postpartum phase and motherhood.
Nam Satya is also teaching the DEEPER STUDIES course, an annual training that focuses on delivering a solid basic foundation for practicing Kundalini Yoga and teaching it to others.
Nam Satya leads in-person yantras and events at her home in Valldemossa and teaches Kundalini Yoga online classes and courses + offers private sessions and mentorship programs.
