BIRTH PREPARATIONS

The thought of birthing your child can bring up a total mix of emotions. Some women (very legitimately) feel overwhelmed and even fearful at the thought of giving birth, while others might look forward to the initiation as a challenge. It is obviously a big part of pregnancy, preparing for birth. In the case of childbirth, preparation is key, and knowing what is about to happen physiologically can already help a lot in creating the desired outcome.

In this module we will go over the Kundalini teachings to prepare for birth. These Kundalini Yoga practices will strengthen your psyche, nervous system and release fear, so that you are in an optimal condition both physically and mentally, in preparation for birth. I will be giving tangible steps and a method that you can apply for yourself or share with your clients if you teach Kundalini Yoga for pregnancy.
