HOLISTIC PREGNANCY
IN THIS MODULE
… we will cover Kundalini Yoga for pregnancy—anything from how to adapt and adjust accordingly to trimester and prenatal complications, to Yogic pregnancy teachings like The 120th Day, and how to raise the child in the womb. We will also go over the basic understanding of neuroscience and what impact your pregnancy environment has on your child. This module will give you important practices for setting your child up for the best possible future. We will also learn about the physiology of pregnancy in all its stages.

Every mother who wants a successful child, when she gets pregnant, from the hundred twentieth day to the time of delivery, everyday for thirty one minutes she should let her child by her mental power to see the world which he has to come and face. None of you do that. That’s why the children get born, they do not know what they are entering in. Look at the outside world from the womb of the mother, penetrate, concentrate and please look at it.
