WELCOME TO THIS 11 DAY “COUNTDOWN” COURSE
On September 22, 2025 it’s the Fall Equinox. The Equinoxes and Solstices are powerful day, and a part of the yogic technology is to use these days to set intentions, to intensify our practice and thereby get amplified results, and more support by Mother Nature.
Just like we pay attention to the lunar days, these days are the solar days, and when we align with them, we are supported with more Sun energy.
The Sun energy is different from the Moon’s energy. The Moon controls our mind and emotions, but the Sun rules our sense of identity and what we are known for in life. It is a guide for gaining more insight into our life’s mission and destiny.
This year for the Fall Equinox, I am offering an 11-day guide, with questions and journaling exercises, that can help support you, to gain clarity, new insights and eventually set a stronger “frame” for your life.
The main questions to answer is: what do I want to have a bigger experience of? That you will get. If you don’t know, then typically what comes in will not be very clear (and can seem random) This idea can be applied to your over all experience of life. Or your day-to-day.
What do I want to have a bigger experience of today?
What do I want to experience more of in life in general?
You want to set the frame and then your life will unfold within it.
Here’s the thing: you do this anyways—you might as well become very clear about what you want it to be. If you look for the right things, you are more likely to run into them.
Everyday for the next 11 days, leading up to the Fall Equinox you will receive an email from me in the morning (6AM CEST), with a few words, concepts and journaling exercises or questions (all email texts can now be found here on this page).
We will also meet twice (plus on the Fall Equinox) and do some practice together.
I encourage you to keep a steady practice for these next 11 days. Keep going with your current daily practice, or get inspired by or practice in its entirety, the class that we will do on Day 1, tomorrow.
We will meet tomorrow morning for a “kick off” class, and then you will start to receive the emails every morning.
Hope you are up for joining this 11 days Equinox journey and challenge. Know that you don’t have to. You can simply join the classes, do the replays, or do any part of it that feels within reach for you right now.
DAY 1
We’re starting off simple. Take a moment and reconnect with and recall what brings you joy in life. What are the things that “light you up” and gives you a sense of purpose in life? We will build on this knowledge later on.
Today, ask yourself:
What brings me joy?
What do I enjoy doing?
What brings a sense of joy to my life?
When was the last time I felt fearless? What was I doing or what happened?
DAY 2
Take inventory
Make a list of all the things you do in your day, and make a notation about each one (if your days are very different from each other, then simply look at what you did yesterday, or write down your tasks for today)
Ask yourself:
Do I enjoy doing this task?
—Even if not in the moment, perhaps you enjoy the results of the task?
Fx, work might not be your favorite thing, or cooking might not be your favorite thing, but you enjoy having money and you enjoy eating healthy home cooked meal).
The point of this task is to first of all become clear about how you use your time. And second of all, find meaning in those tasks that might look pointless or meaningless in the moment and look at how they serve in the long run.
If approached in this way, you might find deeper gratitude for everything you do, and see how it served your life in a more meaningful way. This being gratitude, which is a very powerful feeling.
DAY 3
Assessment
Look at your list from yesterday.
Do an assessment.
How does this list match up with my list of what brings me joy from the first day? How much of my time do I spend on something that brings me joy?
—Has your idea of what brings joy perhaps already changed, based on your list from yesterday?
It’s possible that you now see a deeper meaning and value, in doing things that aren’t necessarily considered fun or joyful in the moment, but they serve a bigger purpose in your life.
DAY 4
Elevating your frame
There might be things that you want to change about your life. This is normal and also part of our journey to grow.
Life can quickly change when we bring gratitude and contentment to everything we do.
This is the very first “super power” to cultivate: to accept and surrender to what cannot be changed in your life right now. That alone can be enough to transform your mental projection, and that in turn will transform your energetic field, so that something different and of higher quality starts to come in (in a new frequency of gratitude and acceptance).
If this is where you’re at right now, know that you are in a place of learning surrender, and to build trust that the one who takes care of everything, will also take care of you.
Today, start to create a vision for your expansion. Ask yourself: what would I like next? What does life look like for me in … (insert your own time reference. Maybe it’s two weeks, maybe it’s ten years. Maybe it’s at the day of your death, looking back at a life fulfilled. Work with the reference that feels right for you right now).
If you have a hard time finding the answer (or if you would just like more information) use this guided meditation to consult your higher self.
DAY 5
Next Step
Looking back at yesterday’s journaling, ask yourself “what would be my right next step?”
Look at one of your “goals” for expansion, and then track how to get there.
For example: If you want to move and find a new house, the next step could be to contact a real estate agency, and figure out the value of your current property, to see what your future budget might look like, or get a bank evaluation.
Or it could be to start making a budget plan for how you are going to save up for the down payment (or the deposit, if it’s a rental property).
Make an actionable plan. If you get overwhelmed don’t focus on the biggest tasks first, simply look at what is a tangible first step you can take, even something that might feel symbolic, like placing a note next to your bed, with your goal on it, or changing out your phones screen saver to a photo that represent your future.
A note: Oftentimes, this isn’t really what we want to do or hear. We want life to just come to us, and we want the miracles to happen. These can come from the stream of surrender and prayers (don’t worry, there will be delivery) but don’t underestimate what it takes of actually real life planning and strategy to achieve something.
We want to work on multiple levels: accepting, surrendering, projecting, visioning, planning, strategizing, taking action.
If there’s something in your life that does not serve you well, and you know you find it difficult to change it and to take action, make the prayer that you will find the strength or the courage it takes.
DAY 6
How you do one thing is how you do everything.
How much of your energy goes towards your future vision or goal?
Yesterday I talked about how to work on multiple levels, to call something new in.
We have to understand this fundamental principle: that the more we can dedicate our actions to what we want next in life, the faster it will come in.
As you go through your day, look at every single action as being the thing that will help bring your closer to your future vision.
Need to take a rest? Don’t think you are wasting your time: you are resting, so that you have energy to put towards your next step.
Doing dishes? You are organizing yourself and freeing up energy to meet your new destiny.
Bring your entire being behind what you want to call in. Shift your focus, and see how your life is a totality and a holistic experience.
How you do one thing is how you do everything.
DAY 7
Narrow it down
If you want to, you can now set a bigger, overall frame for your life.
What is the next thing for you? What comes next? What is most important? Where do you see yourself? Where do you know that you need to go?
Or
Simply ask yourself: What do I want to have a bigger experience of?
Your “goal” or vision, might not be about a circumstantial change, and it might not be about achieving something externally.
It might be about feeling more connected, more grounded, more elevated, more at ease…
Today take a moment to become clear about what your frame is (or at least what it is right now and for the purpose of this journey we are on, leading up to the equinox)
DAY 8
What doesn’t serve?
Now with your frame in mind and as a reference ask yourself:
Is there something in my life that actually does not serve?
Is there something you can optimize or do differently, to better align with your “frame”?
Fx. If you want to feel more connected, but you mostly keep to yourself and never see people, then perhaps now is the time to actively reach out to past connections, or sign up for a service position and do volunteer work?
Or if you are read to get your dream job, but you spend 2 hours a day scrolling or watching Netflix, perhaps these hours could be used better for skill development?
Can you run multiple frames at the same time? Yes of course!
But you might be honest about if they conflict. Fx: you want to spend more time with your family, and you want to slay at work and get a promotion. If this happens to me, I ask the universe (or God) to blend the timelines. If I can’t see the path of both frames simultaneously, I actively ask for a new path where both these frames exist in harmony.
DAY 9
Identifying Blocks
What do you do if your vision isn’t coming in?
What do you do if you have been praying for, projecting and holding your current vision for years, and nothing is happening?
There’s multiple approached you can work with and for the next two days we are going to look into how to identify and solve your “blind spots”.
If there’s something that you want in life, and it’s not coming in there can be a few reasons for it…
1. Sometimes “rejection is protection”.
I have personally experienced this more than once, where I very firmly wanted something to happen, and I did almost anything I could to make it happen, working with all of the previous mentioned methods, and… nothing happened.
I know. It’s frustrating. You might even start to question if these laws of projection are real.
However, every single time I got to a point later in my life where I thought “thank God I didn’t do that / that didn’t come true / didn’t happen” etc. Because it simply wasn’t right, or there was an even bigger opportunity and plan waiting for me.
This isn’t always the case of course, but sometimes it’s very true that what we think we might want, isn’t actually right for us, and the universe is protecting us from getting it.
So if you have a vision that you have held for a long time, and nothing happens, it could simply be that you’re being protected from making a mistake. Be patient and keep praying for answers. There might be a bigger picture here that you have a hard time seeing.
2. The subconscious hasn’t been sufficiently cleared
While we can hold projections in our conscious mind, if the subconscious mind holds an opposing belief, it will block it.
Fx. If you want to make more money, but all you heard in your childhood was that only bad people have money, it’s likely that your subconscious actions will reject any opportunity you have for making money.
With Kundalini Yoga we clear out the subconscious, so this is actually just a timing question. In this case you’re not on a wrong path, but you just need to keep doing the work, of bringing your whole self behind your projection.
If you run into this scenario and you become conscious about it, do some journaling to see what you can imagine believing about someone in your desired future situation. What would your parents say about such a person? What would your most negative self say about such a person? Identify what energy it is that you are really projecting, not only in your conscious but also subconscious mind. Be patient and keep doing the work.
3. Trust—and let the hand of God work for you.
One thing I like to remind myself of is, that if I can imagine it, it is already mine. We are not able to be something that we cannot imagine, our subconscious “laws” simply wouldn’t allow it. So if you can imagine it, it’s just a matter of time before you will get there.
Some things take a really long time to be “arranged” before it can be happen, so depending on the gap between your current situation and where you want to go, things take time.
Sometimes our dreams are so big, or so far removed from our current reality that getting there is a miracle.
I’ve seen those miracles more than once, and I know that it does happen. But sometimes we need to get to the point of surrender, and sometimes we just need to be very faithful and patient. Don’t give up! That’s the difference between someone reaching their destination, and someone who never gets there.
DAY 10
Affirm
Here are some tips for how to work through subconscious blocks…
Ideally by now you have set a frame for yourself, and you are clear about what you want to have a bigger experience of.
Perhaps you already knew, and you have been working with this same projection for a while. Perhaps you even identified yesterday, if there’s something that might block or “delay” it.
Today, let’s go deeper into creating affirmations that you can work with in support of experiencing more of what you want.
Why work with affirmations?
Our words are our projection.
Yes the subconscious also projects, as we established yesterday, but still, we need to hold strongly in our conscious mind what it is that we want to experience more of.
Affirmations are short sentences that can be easily memorized and that helps to bring a focus point to your mind.
How to work with affirmations?
Affirmations should be easy to understand and memorize. They should always be written in the present tense, like you have already achieved something, fx. “I find it so easy to make money” or “I just made xxx amount of money this month. I am so grateful.” Or “I experience love and beauty in abundance, every single day”.
They can absolutely be more specific too… “I am so happy and grateful that I received a 500€ raise”, or “I am so happy and grateful that I have 4 new clients”.
I encourage you to have a Frame first and foremost. This is what you are over all trying to experience more of in life. Your direction and what is most important to you right now. Don’t have more than 2 frames at a time.
And then your action steps can easily be transferred into affirmations too. I encourage you not to work with more than 5 action affirmations at a time. It just gets too scattered otherwise.
Things come in faster when they are clear and precise.
Skeptical of affirmations or not convinced?
Maybe you have been working with affirmations a lot already and… nothing happened. Maybe you even have a resistance to affirmations because things just haven’t worked out for you that well in the past, and you might be running a subconscious resistance, that is blocking you from believing it.
You might in your conscious mind say “I am so grateful that I am happy and successful” and your subconscious believes goes “how on earth am I going to become that?”
I recently came upon a technique that I hadn’t considered before, where you reframe your affirmations and make them into questions.
When we question something, the mind starts looking for the answers. When we make a statement, our mind might comment or find reasons for why this might be true or not. This doesn’t happen when we question.
Here’s an example:
Instead of saying “I am so grateful that I am happy and successful”
Ask “How come I am so happy and successful?” Or “Why does success come to me so easily?” Your mind will begin to search for the answers and thus build and affirm that belief.
DAY 11
Congratulations! You’ve made it this far.
Today is a powerful day, a New Moon Solar Eclipse, and tomorrow we meet the Equinox.
For today, make sure you have everything ready. Your frame (and how you choose to word it) + next action steps and affirmations (maybe in the form of affirming questions).
Make your own eclipse “ceremony”
An eclipse is a powerful and amplified opportunity to completely change your destiny, and align with the most powerful version of your life.
Take a moment today and have a little ceremony with yourself. Perhaps you want to create an alter for this eclipse + equinox days? Gather flowers or seasonal greens or fruit. Write out your frame + affirmations and place or hang them at your alter. Recite 108 rounds of a mantra fx the Mul Mantra or Ant Na Siftee or another mantra that you connect with. Then say to yourself out loud or internally your affirmations and place protective field and prayers around yourself.
Or, however you might like to celebrate or create a ceremony for yourself:-)
Be creative, be devoted to your highest self, to contributing to Creation. You deserve to have the best life. Mark it and let it be known.
