THE PROGRAM

A Kundalini Pregnancy Yoga class with Nam Satya consist of warm up exercises, pranayama (gentle breath work), a kriya (a yoga set, designed for a particular outcome), meditation and relaxation. The exercises will strengthen your physical, mental and energetic bodies—it is all designed to help you feel strong, capable and secure in your pregnancy, and prepared for a Majestic birthing experience + Victory in motherhood
