1:1 SESSION ⏐ MENTORSHIP ⏐ A LA CARTE
PERSONAL PRACTICE + 40 DAY ACCOUNTABILITY
In a private session with me you will receive personalized tools and guidance to move yourself into a more positive and energizing direction in life.
Over the course of 40 days we will work together to make sure that you have the accountability that you need, to really implement changes, and that you feel supported in your daily efforts, and also to “course correct” if something isn’t working for you.
The 60 min private session can take place in person, in my house in Valldemossa, at a location of your choice (transportation fee applies), or online via Zoom or WhatsApp call.
INITIAL CALL — A 15-30 min call, where you tell me more about what you would like to work on + we try to identify the blocks or limitations you are currently experiencing.
This is your opportunity to let me know everything that might be relevant, in order to create a personal practice that supports your individual needs.
SESSION — After the Initial Call, I create a personal practice (Sadhana) for you. In this session we will go over, in details, your new suggested daily practice.
A daily practice will typically consist of a yoga set or kriya exercises, a breath exercise (pranayam), a meditation + a mantra recitation practice.
The Sadhana is based on your needs + time frame that you have set. It can be as simply or as elaborate as you wish.
If something doesn’t work for you, I will come up with an alternative. The practice should feel good for you and be something you feel excited to commit to daily.
ACCOUNTABILITY — During the next 40 days, I will guide, motivate, and help to keep you on track, to the best of my abilities—the only thing I can’t do, is do the practice for you. The practice works if you do the work.
I will be checking in with you at least three times—after 10 days, and again after the 25 and 40 days—to help bring accountability to your practice, to lend you support and to answer any questions that might arise along the way. Our session thus concludes only after the 40 days have passed.
*Accountability is of course optional and you can always terminate by not replying to the check ins. In those cases I will not be following up again.
