THE BASICS
THE COURSE
The course is available for live participation and replay. The live schedule will be online for each module on the corresponding page (see in the menu). You can also find the full schedule here (please note that the final schedule might vary slightly from this one— the aim however is to follow the schedule as it is).
Each module begins with a full day of practice (6 hours), followed by two 90 minutes Sunday classes and a 60 minutes group call. All events are taking place live via Zoom, and the replays will be uploaded to the Module pages (in the menu).
You can join all the live classes through the Zoom link below.
Please note that it is not required that you have your camera on—this is up to each person, but it is of course appreciated so that Nam Satya can see how you practice. Please use the chat for any technical issues and questions during the class. Please make sure that your microphone is muted, to ensure the best possible sound and recording quality.
An email will be sent out every Friday before the start of each module. The Zoom link however will remain the same through out the duration of the course. You will receive additional notifications via email only when we have a change in the schedule, when a Sadhana or complimentary class is offered as part of the course for example. Upload of replays, module pages and Self Evaluations will not necessarily be communicated via email. Please check back on the module pages for resources, and use the group chat to stay up to date on all additional course communication.

THE COMMUNITY
Stay connected with the other participants, and the teachers + receive communication and updates, through our WhatsApp group. Join through link below, and take a moment to introduce yourself to the group.
THE MANUAL
The manual is a continual unfolding throughout the duration of the course. You will find the manual pages for each module, on the module pages in the menu (they will activate as we go through the course, and additional pages and notes will be added after each class and lecture, as to keep information flowing and relevant to where we are at in the course).
Below you will find a list of a few books about Kundalini Yoga that Nam Satya recommends you to read and study. These are not required reading in order to complete the course, but will be helpful as you continue to learn more about Kundalini Yoga.
RECOMMENDED READING
‘The Masters Touch’ by Yogi Bhajan
‘The Mind’ by Yogi Bhajan
‘The Chakras’ by Yogi Bhajan
‘The Teachings of Yogi Bhajan’ by Yogi Bhajan
‘Invincible Living’ by Guru Jagat
THE DAILY PRACTICE
Through out the duration of the course it is recommended that you do a daily practice. If you have a practice that you are already doing, I don’t want you to change it—continue with it please. However in order to complete the course you should have done 40 days of the Har Prosperity meditation. It is part of the course curriculum. You can do as little as 3 minutes a day but 11 minutes is highly recommended. The other practices are optional.
You will find the suggested daily practice page in the menu.
SELF EVALUATION
At the end of each module you will receive a Self Evaluation guide. These are not mandatory (as no one but yourself will read them) but highly recommended, to check your knowledge of each subject, and as a way to cultivate self trust and discipline.
The Self Evaluations will be uploaded to the module pages, at the end of each module.
