Stand up with your feet hip-width apart, and turn your feet out to the angle so that when yo bend your knees the knees move in line with the direction of the feet.
Exhale and sit all the way down in a deep “crow squat”.
Stand up as you inhale.
The arms can be in any position that yo prefer: stretched straight out parallel to the ground, in prayer in front of the heart, on your hips or in the yoga mudra behind your back.
Builds lower body strength and is grounding.
