Welcome to Module 2 of DEEPER STUDIES: Sound Technology
This module will cover basic knowledge and understanding of the Gurmukhi Alphabet, and guidance to the Kundalini Yoga mantras. Learn how to pronounce the Gurmukhi alphabet + learn about the deeper meaning behind each letter and its sound.
Reciting mantras impacts the mind, and the minds state and projection, by affecting the brain and the glands in the head, and the meridian points in the mouth. It is a total science in and of itself. The mantras are said to be able to carry you to your desired destination, and there are mantras for many different purposes and to invoke desired outcomes, in Kundalini Yoga.
We will go deep into the main technology of Kundalini Yoga, and learn about sound as a healing modality, as a way of directing the mind, and as an alignment tool. All is sound, and the vibrations of the mantras, paired with the yogic movements and postures, is one of the greatest opportunities we have, to create change, and to usher in a new consciousness.
