WHEN — 11 days from March 10 - 20, 2025 counting down to the Spring Equinox—a powerful day that can be used to set the right course for you, and accelerate your path by energetically pulling you through the year, feeling aligned and moving towards your higher destiny.
WHAT’S INCLUDED — 11 morning practice sessions, from 5.30 - 6.30 AM CET consisting of a Kundalini Yoga kriya + a meditation for opening up your destiny timeline. Everything will be available as replay, and will be immediately uploaded after the live morning practice session, so that you can do the practices at any time during the day that works for you.

WELCOME TO THE SPRING EQUINOX DESTINY ACCELERATOR
Every Equinox and Solstice for the last couple of years I’ve been offering a special practice or course.
I want to do that again for the Spring Equinox on March 20, this year, but in an even more immersive capacity, so that you may tune up your energy field in a significant way before this important day.
The Destiny Accelerator will be 11 days of daily practice in an online group setting (yes we will meet everyday in the Zoom space) to do the practice together, not just on our own this time.
In addition, you will have access to a workbook, to go deeper into the themes around finding your mission and accelerating towards your destiny, with journaling questions, inspirational texts, and yogic teachings.
I am super excited to do these early-ish morning sessions together. Perhaps it will be an added challenge for you to rise up early, but trust me: it is absolutely worth it to get started on an Amrit Vela Sadhana practice, and it can literally be life changing. The added group accountability in these hours is one of magic.
You can of course also do the practice at any time that works for you, as all the videos will be made available for replay, and all the material will be arranged in an online course portal.

THE DAILY PRACTICE
We will meet daily (for those who want) between the hours of 5.30 and 6.30 AM. Practicing in these early morning hours, is said to be 40 times more beneficial than when practicing at any other time during the day.
Getting into the habit of doing sadhana before the sun rises can be absolutely life changing, and this might just be your opportunity to set this new habit.
—However, if you do not wish to do that but you would still like to join the DESTINY ACCELERATOR you can of course practice with the replays at any time in the day that works for you.
During these morning practice sessions we will do a kriya (yoga set) and a meditation. The practices we will be doing are Wahe Guru Kriya, Sat kriya and the Gyan Chakra meditation—all incredible practices that can help accelerate you towards your highest destiny timeline.
THE DESTINY ACCELERATOR WORKBOOK
To go with the course you will receive a workbook to do in your own time (I suggest right after the morning practice or before going to bed), that also includes mantras the you can choose from, to work on a specific area of your life (property, destiny alignment, victory, breaking through blocks etc.)
The workbook will include journaling exercises, inspirational texts and yogic teachings, and will have a “chapter” for each of the 11 days.
This work done alongside the daily morning practice will be a powerful way to get on the right course + get clarity so that you can move into the Spring Equinox, feeling aligned and accelerate towards your highest destiny.
