    Sit in Easy Pose or other meditative posture.

    Hands are in Gyan Mudra (tip of thumb and index finger touching) resting on knees, elbows straight.

  • MOVEMENT & MANTRA


    In a quick rhythm, like a heartbeat, chant Maa Maa Maa Maa. The lips will tingle.

    3 - 31 minutes.

  • ENDING


    Inhale. Exhale, relax the breath.

  • BENEFITS


    If your lips are not doing a proper job of guarding the most powerful hole in the body (your mouth), do this meditation. Because the lips connect to the Second and Sixth Chakras, you may notice the sex organs and brain being affected.
