What is the Moon Days membership?

An immersive Kundalini Yoga membership, where you receive full access to all my classes for the month (excl. trainings) + self paced study offers, for an opportunity to deeply dive into this wonderful yogic technology.

In the Moon Days we meet every Monday for the weekly Moon Day Sadhana (5.15 - 6.30AM CET), and every Friday (10.00 - 11.00AM CET), for the weekly Venus Day class.

We also meet on every major moon day in the month—new moon, 11th day of the moon, and full moon—as practicing on these days, together in a group setting, seriously amplifies the benefits received from the practice.

By aligning with the rhythm of the moon, and starting and ending the week in an uplifting way, you set a new rhythm in your life, which is very supportive of your own transformation process, and for gaining clarity and trust + reaching your goals (learn to manifest with the moon).

Anyone who is interested in using the power of the moon and Kundalini Yoga for personal growth, is welcome to join.


What do I receive?

12 Kundalini Yoga classes in February (live + replay).

Community access: Our WhatsApp group where we stay connected through out the month. This is our space to offer support, prayers, ask questions and check in.

Community Meet Up: we meet once a month, for an informal check in, where you can ask questions, say hi to the group, share about your experiences and get support.
