4TH TRIMESTER GENTLE PRACTICE
This practice is intended as a daily practice for the first 3 months after giving birth. Please consult your health care professional before doing Sat Kriya. The yogic guidelines states that you can begin Sat Kriya 14 days postpartum if you have had no complications at birth. Do 11 rounds of the mantra Tithai Too with this practice.
