  • INSTRUCTIONS

  • Stand straight with arms completely relaxed.

Close the eyes. Feel any tension in each part of the body and consciously let it go.

Next, begin to sway and move every part of the body. Dance gracefully, feeling the easy movement of each body area. If there is gentle rhythmic music of a high vibration available, it may be used as a background.

The time can be extended for as long as you enjoy it.

    TIME: 3 - 11 minutes.
To End - Inhale. Exhale, relax the breath.

  • Immediately stand straight with the eyes still closed.

With the hands, begin to lightly feel each part and area of the body without reservation. Every square inch must be touched. Feel sensitivity with the palms.

    TIME: 3 - 5 minutes.

To End - Inhale. Exhale, relax the breath.

  • Lean forward with arms hanging completely relaxed. All the muscles of the body should be relaxed.

    Let the breath be normal.

    TIME: 3 - 5 minutes.

To End - Inhale. Exhale, relax the breath.

  • Slowly lean backwards with arms hanging loosely down. Breath is relaxed.

    TIME: 1 minute.

To End - Inhale. Exhale, relax the breath.

  • Completely relax on your back.

    TIME: 1 - 10 minutes.

To End - Take a deep breath. Bring the arms above the head and stretch the body from the fingers to the toes. Do a cat stretch to one side. Then stretch to the other side. Rock up and down on the spine several times. Feel the entire length of the spine being massaged as you rock. Rock one more time and then come sitting up.

  • BENEFITS

This gentle movement kriya is a deeply restorative practice that supports full-body and mental relaxation. For women especially, daily relaxation is essential to release built-up stress, which can lead to physical and emotional imbalance. Through natural, fluid, and intuitive motion, we begin to dissolve tension held from unprocessed emotions and experiences.

Every trauma leaves its imprint in the body, and this practice allows those energetic imprints to soften and release. By bringing awareness to the entire body, we affirm relaxation on a cellular level and smooth the energy field (aura). The additional exercises in this set strengthen the heart and support healthy circulation — both crucial for releasing inner resistance and allowing the body to truly rest.

This kriya brings the body and mind into harmony, creating space to reconnect with the deeper experience of the Self.
