BY APPOINTMENT KUNDALINI YOGA CLASS

Book a private Kundalini Yoga class with me, for you or a group.

A 60 min Kundalini Yoga class with me consist of pranayam (breath work), a kriya (yoga set) + a meditation and mantra practice.

In the preparatory emails we will pick the theme you would like to go deeper into, or you can let me pick what we will do in the class intuitively. I will then find the practices that will best support you, and you will be guide through them in the class.

This offer is great for people who wish to be guided in Kundalini Yoga one-on-one, who have special or individual needs or injuries that might require modifications, or for those who are new to Kundalini Yoga and would like to receive extra attention during practice.

The classes can take place in person or online on Zoom.
