DAILY PRACTICE GUIDE

Pick any or all of these exercises and do them every day, throughout the time of this course—and maybe even beyond. If you already have a daily practice, that you like and that is working for you, continue doing that. No need to switch or add anything in order to follow the course. The most important is that you’re doing something on a daily basis that can give you more energy and help to up your wattage and frequency.

 
 

Do 3 - 5 minutes of cat/cow.

 

Do 3-11 minutes of Saraban Dhande kriya.

 

Do 26—52 (or 108) crow squats, or set a timer for 3 minutes-11minutes.
