The moon day practices are a powerful yogic tool that helps set your bodily and energetic system in a new rhythm.

This will benefit and support your health, vitality, prosperity and give you the power to manifest.

Honoring the moon days can reverse aging, boost your vitality, and help you call in what you want in life or let go of the things that doesn’t serve anymore.

In the Moon Days you will learn more about the moon’s phases, and which of the lunar days are the most beneficial for fx. healing, clearing the subconscious mind, starting a new project, letting go etc.

Paired with Kundalini Yoga, the moon days offer us a tool to quickly advance and accelerate our lives.


WEEKLY CLASS EVERY FRIDAY 10.00 - 11.00 CET

We call it the VENUS DAY class, as Friday is ruled by the planet Venus.

Venus brings the sweetness of life, and this class is focused on prosperity, radiance, and calling in the blessings and miracles.

All program takes place live on Zoom + as replay on the members portal

FULL MOON, NEW MOON + 11TH DAY OF THE MOON CLASSES

We use the moon days to align with the energy of the lunar cycle. Each Moon Day has a special purpose and property to it.

These days are power days when the energy is especially beneficial, and we maximize this energy field when we come together and practice.

We meet on the…

NEW MOON—We gather every New Moon for a morning class to set intentions, become clear, and of course practice Kundalini Yoga.

11TH DAY OF THE MOON—An early morning class to harness the very healing energy of this day. These classes are focused on balancing the glandular system, and the practice of healing kriyas and mantras.

FULL MOON—On the Full Moon we meet in the evening to practice a special meditation that is best done on the eve of the Full moon. This meditation can bring us into a state of one pointed focus (Shuniya), and balances and center us.

WEEKLY GROUP SADHANA

We meet every Monday morning in the Amrit Vela for a 60 minutes group sadhana practice.

Practicing in the Amrit Vela (the golden hour) is a powerful way to amplify your practice, and meeting like this weekly as a group can really move and deepen your experience.

COMMUNITY CHAT

A WhatsApp group to stay connected with Nam Satya and the other members + ask questions, share your wins, ask for accountability, send and receive prayers etc. It is of course optional to participate in the group, but a good way to receive and give support through the membership.

COMMUNITY GATHERINGS

Once a month we meet online to meditate, check in, share, set intentions, ask questions, make gratitude lists, do lunar day rituals, etc.

THE MOON DAYS GUIDE

The Moon Days membership offers a wast overview of the lunar days, and what the unique practices and benefits are of each day.

Learn how to use the moon’s phases to clear, call in, let go of etc. and find out which days in the lunar phase is the most powerful for healing, clearing the subconscious mind, starting a new project etc.,

Paired with Kundalini Yoga, this science of the Moon Days provides a powerful tool for transformation and healing.

You will receive specific instructions for each moon phase, including meditations, yoga sets, dietary suggestions, fasting guide etc.

DAILY PRACTICE GUIDE

A suggested sadhana practice with easy access videos, that you can follow daily.

You don’t have to do this sadhana to be part of the membership of course! If you already have a practice we encourage you to stick with it.

But if you are new to Kundalini Yoga and do not yet have a daily practice, this is a good place to start, or get inspired.

Occasionally we will do practices as a group, fx 11 day of a yoga set or 40 days of a meditation or mantra etc. These will be accessible here and in the Kriya Collection.

Practicing on the moon days aligns your energy with the cosmic winds, and is a different way to navigate your life—which will enhance your prosperity, your radiance, your health + help you manifest, using the moons cycles and the amplification of the group energy field.

I absolutely love the energy we have created in this group, and look forward to every single class, because the energy is so charged, yet the space feels intimate and informal.

This year we will continue meeting every moon day + Friday (for a weekly class and check in), and we will be doing extended programs and special events for other major portal days in the year.

  • Not at all—this is the perfect place to start out if you’re new to Kundalini Yoga. When joining the membership you are met with guidance for how to use the membership page and the practice.

    Kundalini Yoga doesn’t have levels or initiations like other types of yoga, and therefore everyone can join in on any practice or class. That doesn’t mean that everyone can necessarily do everything in a class or practice, but that’s normal and even seasoned practitioners might have to modify or add rest during a set.

    Everyone is welcome to join! Email Nam Satya if you aren’t sure of your situation, she will be happy to guide you.

  • Everything is available for replay.

    The current month’s content will be uploaded on the overview page, and all previous content is available in the Class Archive.

  • You will be notified by email every time a new event is added, taking place or new content has been uploaded.

    All live session take place via Zoom and you are automatically enrolled in all Nam Satya’s classes as long as your membership is active.

    You will receive an email on the 1st day of each month with the monthly schedule + a reminder email before each live event takes place.

  • As part of your membership you will have access to the following of Nam Satya’s courses:

    LOVE MORE, How to Find Your Mission, The Chakra Series, DESTINY ACCELERATOR, Grace in Motherhood, Pregnancy Class Series, Teachings of The Sword class collection, Self Mastery class collection.

  • Yes you can cancel anytime.

    Your membership automatically renews each month on the day you activated it (fx if you signed up on 5th of May your membership will renew on June 5th). If you wish to pause or end our membership you can cancel it any time through your members control board on the webpage when you log in.

    If you bought a yearly pass, it is not possible to get a refund but you can write to Nam Satya about pausing your membership, if an unforeseen event has occurred in your life. Nam Satya will evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.

    Once your membership is deactivated, or has run out, you will loose access to all membership content.
