The MOON DAYS membership is a practical guide to the moon days, with assigned practices for each of the moon days and moon phases. You will receive specific instructions for each moon phase, including meditations, yoga sets, dietary suggestions, fasting guide etc.
In the membership we come together and practice Kundalini Yoga on the moon days (New Moon, Full Moon + 11th Day of the Moon) and we use supporting yogic technology (special moon day practices, recipes, fasting etc.) to enhance and go deep into the experience.
The MOON DAYS membership is also a great resource for anyone looking to dive deep into the Kundalini Yoga technology, as included in the membership is access to Nam Satya’s Class Archive, Kriya & Meditation Library + Course Collection, in addition to a full overview of the moon days, how to work with them and how to use this powerful yogic technology. MOON DAY CLASSES
Practice together with me and the Moon Days community on every New, Full + 11th Day of the Moon.
On these powerful moon days we come together and practice live on Zoom + the replay will be uploaded immediately after the classes.
Practicing on the moon days is highly beneficial, as the moon days amplify the energy that we feel on those days. Each moon day has a specific effect on our body and psyche, and we can get a lot out of whatever we do on these days.
The body has a sensitive ability to heal itself on the moon days, and the lunar energy is a great enhancer, that can advance our progress and manifestations.
When joining the MOON DAYS Membership you are automatically enrolled in all Nam Satya’s classes, including any “pop up” classes for special days like the Solstices and Equinoxes or other portal days. You have infinite replay access as long as your membership is active through the Class Archive.
A schedule of classes and live events will be sent out on the first day of each month.

WEEKLY VENUS DAY CLASS
We meet every Friday at 10-11AM CET, for the weekly Venus Day class.
One of the major opportunities that Kundalini Yoga brings is to amplify our over all well being, by strengthening the aura, the nervous system, and our communication abilities which sends a signal of prosperity through the arcline and into the aura which then starts to call in a new and more prosperous reality for us.
Using the day of the week related to the planet and archetype of Venus, we amplify the energy field of prosperity and sweetness in life.
In these classes you will get to know the powerful Bahota Karam mantra. When you sign up for the membership you receive immediate access to a special classes collection to go deeper into and learn this mantra, how to pronounce and recite it etc. We always end the classes on Friday with chanting the Bahota Karam mantra.
The weekly Venus Day Class is only available through the MOON DAYS membership.
THE MOON DAYS GUIDE
The MOON DAYS membership feature a practical guide with a total overview of the moon days and assigned practices for each of the moon days and moon phases.
Through the membership you will also receive a more general suggested Sadhana practice, designed to build stability and nervous system strength, that you can do daily in addition to adding the other practices—if you want to get into a daily practice of course. You can also just follow along with the moon days practices, that will give you a lot already!

Use these courses and features to go deeper into a specific topic you are working on right now, and get clarity, support and guidance in the areas of your life that are calling your attention.

Get support, accountability and ask questions while you take the courses through the group chat or ask Nam Satya directly. There is also the option that we occasionally take a course together as a collective.
LIBRARY & ARCHIVE
Included in the membership is access to Nam Satya’s Kriya & Meditation Library + Class Archive.
These two memberships are great sources for continual study and to discover and learn about Kundalini Yoga.
In the Class Archive you will find over 100 classes, workshops and sadhanas that Nam Satya has taught in the last years.
The Kriya & Meditation Library is an index of Kundalini practices, mantras and terminology, and makes it easy to find and practice what you are specifically looking for. Many of the pages have original source link too, making it a great opportunity to dive deep into a specific kriya and learn more about it. Also a great resource for teachers as write ups are given for most practices.
You have access to these two additional memberships as long as your MOON DAYS membership is active.

Not at all—this is the perfect place to start out if you’re new to Kundalini Yoga. When joining the membership you are met with guidance for how to use the membership page and the practice.
Kundalini Yoga doesn’t have levels or initiations like other types of yoga, and therefore everyone can join in on any practice or class. That doesn’t mean that everyone can necessarily do everything in a class or practice, but that’s normal and even seasoned practitioners might have to modify or add rest during a set.
Everyone is welcome to join! Email Nam Satya if you aren’t sure of your situation, she will be happy to guide you.

Everything is available for replay.
The current month’s content will be uploaded on the overview page, and all previous content is available in the Class Archive.

You will be notified by email every time a new event is added, taking place or new content has been uploaded.
All live session take place via Zoom and you are automatically enrolled in all Nam Satya’s classes as long as your membership is active.
You will receive an email on the 1st day of each month with the monthly schedule + a reminder email before each live event takes place.

Yes you can cancel anytime.
Your membership automatically renews each month on the day you activated it (fx if you signed up on 5th of May your membership will renew on June 5th). If you wish to pause or end our membership you can cancel it any time through your members control board on the webpage when you log in.
If you bought a yearly pass, it is not possible to get a refund but you can write to Nam Satya about pausing your membership, if an unforeseen event has occurred in your life. Nam Satya will evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.
Once your membership is deactivated, or has run out, you will loose access to all membership content.
