The Winter Solstice is one of the most powerful days of the year.

When we align with these power days—like the solstices and the equinoxes—something really magical happens.

Life starts to flow in a different way, and we can experience a difference sense of purpose, ease and synchronicities.

In these windows I feel called to do something together as a community. When we practice together we amplify the energy, and our opportunities magnifies.

The following practice, Correcting Nerve Shallowness, is an excellent yoga set that will give the steadiness, strength and caliber to hold more, and amplify the bigger experiences in life.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  1. If you already know the kriya, you can do it on your own or add it to your existing daily practice for the 11 days (and maybe longer?) I would still recommend you to sign up, and receive the link to the accountability group + the practice video.

  2. New to the practices? Sign up (for free) below to receive access to the practice video. There will be a live group practice on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 7am CET online via Zoom.

  3. Add accountability: Join the DEEPER STUDIES Community WhatsApp group, where we will be checking in daily and encourage everyone to join in on the daily practice challenge (link to join the group will be sent out in the email after you sign up).
