 Workshop 1: MOVING PAST

 

WORKSHOP 1 HOMEWORK

  1. Complete the first work book

2. Subtle Body practice

Start noticing when your Subtle Body speaks to you. This can be a moment of noticing the wind moving the leaves in the tree; a rush of energy or excitement from within; a sensory experience (that feel truly fulfilling, and is not just a quick fix); music and movement where you feel the soul is moving you.

How do you know if it is the subtle body speaking to you? The subtle body is never cheap—these are the rich experiences life has to offer us.


3. Relate to Creativity (your own or others)

Today (or in the next days or week) start exercising your creativity—your ability to create, which you will need in order to realize your mission—by writing a poem, do a drawing, or work towards a masterpiece, or engage with another creative outlet which speaks to you.

I like to do a poem a day. Or a reel a day (yes I consider social media a creative outlet too)

If you have a hard time getting into the creative field yourself, start by relating to others creations. Go watch an exhibition, watch a master piece film, or read a novel or poem by another artist.

—notice how you react to these creations (your own or others). How is your soul speaking to you through the medium of creativity? Creativity IS soul language and one of the ways in which we express our soul’s depth (when done right, that is).


 Workshop 2: MOVING PRESENT


WORKSHOP 2 HOMEWORK

  1. Complete the second work book.

2. Read The Ten Sacred Secrets of Success at the end of the work book.
Identify a “sutra” (verse) that you feel like accompanies you well for where you are on your mission journey right now. Work with it daily by reading it, or simply keep it “nearby” for moments where extra clarity and direction is needed.


 Workshop 3: MOVING FUTURE

WORKSHOP 3 HOMEWORK

1. Create your MISSION MAP (instructions can be found in the work book and will be done during the workshop.

2. Write down your Mission Map every day for 40 days (vision statement, mission statement + strength developments), in a journal or state them out loud.

3. Choose a meditation from the course and do it daily (if you don’t already have a daily meditation practice) for at least 40 days.

4. When the time is right: take this course again. Remember you have lifetime access to this course. If you every feel out of touch with your mission, revisit this material to regain inspiration.
