 ALTERNATE NOSTRIL BREATH

Before starting this practice please take a moment to “tune in” by saying 3x

  • INSTRUCTIONS

  • BREATH & MUDRA: Place your thumb on your right nostril. With this nostril covered, inhale fully and slowly through your left nostril. Once you've inhaled completely, release your right nostril and put your index, ring or pinky finger on the left nostril. Exhale completely and slowly through the right nostril.

    Then repeat on the other side, keeping your left nostril closed wih your right index, ring or pinky finger, inhale deeply through your right nostril. Release the blocking of the left nostril, and close of your right nostril with your right thumb. Then exhale completely through your left nostril.

    Continue for 3, 11 or 31 minutes.

    EYES: Close and focused on the third eye point.
