POSTURE: Sit in easy pose, or any position with the spine straight. Bring your arms to a vertical 90 degree position, with the upper arms parallel to the ground and elbows at shoulder hight. the forearms are pointing straight up, and the hands are flat and fingers together, with the palms facing towards each other.
EYES: Eyes are closed

“Andaj” means egg, and this is the kriya to create luminous eggs before ovulation. It is recommended as a fertility practice, and to help balance and maintaining a healthy menstrual cycle.
