  • INSTRUCTIONS

  • POSTURE: Sit in easy pose or any comfortable posture with the spine straight.

    Place your hands in the lap, right on top of left, it’s both palms facing up. Touch the thumb tips together.

    Focus your eyes on the tip of your nose (the eyes ae open). Open your mouth very wide and stick your tongue tip to the roof of the mount.

    Hold the posture and breath through your nose.

    Continue for 3 to 11 minutes. Do not exceed 31 minutes of practice.
