BOUND LOTUS PRIVATE COURSE
I have practices the Bound Lotus posture for a long time, and I am available to guide others who wish to practice it as well. In these sessions we will work on your individual needs to eventually master the Bound Lotus posture. The sessions focus on nervous system strength, flexibility, connecting with your higher centers and overcoming mental barriers to meet your most divine self through the practice of Bound Lotus.
INTRODUCING THE BOUND LOTUS PRIVATE COURSE
I’ve been practicing this meditation / restorative posture since several years now, and have seen amazing improvements—especially in my nervous system strength.
A couple of years before I had attempted to get into a daily practice of Bound Lotus, but had to give up because I was just too intense. I couldn’t stay in it—physically I could but my nervous system couldn’t handle the energy. It took some effort to find the right practices that could help strengthen my over all system, and allow me to receive the transformational benefits of the Bound Lotus practice.
I would love to help guide you with my own experiential knowledge, and share what I have learned from my own journey with Bound Lotus.
It can take some convincing and commitment to get through the first 40 days—I’m not gonna lie, this posture is an intense practice. It’s mostly mental though, but preparing the body and making sure you are flexible enough also requires some preparation. There are steps to take to get there, and I will be sharing all of these with you in this private Bound Lotus course.
Why practice Bound Lotus?
If you are able to sit in Lotus Pose, Bound Lotus is the next step for you, and it is very much worth your efforts. This is a very powerful kriya, and if you feel even remotely close to physically be able to do Bound Lotus I encourage you to give it a try.
If you feel like you are far from achieving Bound Lotus but feel drawn to it, do not give up, there are steps you can take to get there, and which each posture that you master new benefits will open up to you.
This course is super helpful in general for anyone who is looking to increase their flexibility, as I will give many instructions and postures that can help you with that. So even if Bound Lotus is not your goal, you can work towards becoming more flexible with many alternative postures and practices.
Bound Lotus does not only open up your physical body, it has lots of other benefits, and also some very powerful mystical properties to it.
Practicing Bound Lotus will…
—Increase your physical flexibility (ankles, knees, legs, spine, shoulders and hips)
—Improve digestion because the organs are in fetal position, allows for rest and rejuvenation of the digestive system.
—Strengthen your nervous and immune system.
—Clear and opens the chakras. Especially root and second chakra, but all chakras really. Third eye stimulation + Legs are locked for the lower chakra energy starts flowing towards the heart.
—Root you in your Infinite Identity (when you’re in Bound Lotus your body creates an infinity symbol)
—Stimulate and open the pituitary gland and give endocrine system balance.
—Seal the upper chakras and bring the energy toward the heart.
—Releases karmic blocks and obstacles + negative tendencies and emotions (energetic blocks from trauma, trauma is often stored in the hips).
—Bring you to a Shuniya state, and Anand—supreme bliss—and Samadhi, Awakened consciousness.
—“Conquering the Mind”. The mind will be challenged in Bound Lotus. You are forced to not react to the mind, which will annoy it. Non reaction is also a huge part of this posture, which really strengthens the neutral mind and the nervous system.
—Release and recharge your Energy. The Kundalini WILL rise.
What you will receive
When committing to the Private Bound Lotus Course you are embarking on a journey and (hopefully) a life long commitment to your highest self, that you will experience through the practice of the Bound Lotus posture.
The course consist of a minimum of 6 sessions, over the course of maximum 4 months.
In each session we will work on improving your flexibility, work through mental blocks, do practices that strengthens your nervous system + you will receive additional material and resources to continue your practice between sessions (pre recorded Kundalini Yoga videos with practices to improve your flexibility, nervous system and work through mental and emotional blocks).
The course can be structured to your individual needs, and can be extended to a weekly practice over a longer period of time, or as sporadic sessions whenever support is needed (after the initial 6 sessions).
The session can take place in person, in my house in Valldemossa, at a location of your choice (transportation fee applies), or online via Zoom.
