Finding it difficult to sit still in silent meditation? You don’t actually have to in order to meditate.
In Kundalini Yoga we work with all sorts of practices that use movement, chanting and mantras.
Find an example of such a meditation below…
Remember to Tune In
Before starting this practice please take a moment to “tune in” by saying 3x “ Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo “ with the hands in font of the heart in prayer pose. Learn more about Tuning In HERE
MEDITATION FOR CLEARING THE ARCLINE
This meditation is a powerful way to let go of stubborn patterns and resistance.
It uses a mantra + movement.
The mantra is: Wahe Guru, Wahe Guru, Wahe Guru, Wahe Jio
Wahe expresses a state of ecstasy and awe.
Guru means from darkness to light.
And Jio means soul.
As you chant, move your hands as if you were throwing water over your head (instructions are given in the video).
This is where the Arcline sits (a halo, just like the kind you see in religious paintings). Our Arcline stores information. Clean it and you let go of a lot of unwanted thoughts and behavior + your projection becomes clear and strong.
