Welcome to DEEPER STUDIES, Nam Satya’s educational program that’s teaching you all about Applied Yogic Science and the Kundalini Yoga technology.
The program, along with continued studies and practice, prepares you to become a teacher of Kundalini Yoga, and these first 5 modules give essential foundational tools to get you started.
THE COURSE
“This course was carried out between April and June 2022, with 30+ live participants from all over the world. What we have created here is a container of energy and transformation that works across time and space; meaning that regardless of when you are taking this course, you will be able to tap into that energy and feel it for yourself, when you are doing the daily practice and in the workshops. DEEPER STUDIES is a transformational method, with Kundalini Yoga as its foundation, that has the power to uplift you. In a Kundalini Yoga class setting we know that when one person is uplifted we all benefit. A lot of transformation has already taken place in this virtual space, and we hope you are able to stay open to receive those blessings too.
My greatest wish is that the course will inspire you to share this technology with others. Kundalini Yoga was made for teachers of the Aquarian Age (the astrological age that we are in now—aka the “Now Age”) to share as a way of helping humanity at large to get by, and to not only survive, but to thrive in this time and age. You are here because you have heard that calling, and I hope that with these foundational practices and initial modules, you will feel confident and trust your ability to give others an experience of their own Infinity.”

THE MODULES
Each course module consist of a workshop, Sadhana (early morning practice with a longer meditation) + a class. Module 3-5 also have an additional integration call as we felt this was needed during the course.
You can follow the course structure as intended by doing two videos a week (workshop + Sadhana week 1, class + integration call week 2) or completely go at your own pace.
When you sign up for the course, you will receive access to the DEEPER STUDIES WhatsApp group chat. This container is so valuable even on its own as it serves as a space to ask questions + reflect with all the previous participant, many whom are teachers already + it is your direct line to Nam Satya. We encourage you to use it as a way to stay connected during your time with DEEPER STUDIES.
MODULE 1—KY 101
The basis of Kundalini Yoga from origin to application and lifestyle. A total overview on how to befriend your Self with simple tools for clearing the subconscious mind + how to structure your personal Sadhana practice.
MODULE 2—Yogic Body Anatomy
Understand the complexity of your soul, mind and body connection through the energetic bodies. Learn about the 10 body system, the chakras and the circumvent force and practice exercises that gives you the experience.
MODULE 3—Gurmukhi and Mantra Science
Learn to read and pronounce the Gurmukhi alphabet—a steppingstone to mastering your sound current + learn to use different mantras for different purposes.
MODULE 4—Prosperity Mindset & Manifestation
Essential tools to advance in life and business.
MODULE 5—Teaching
“If you want to master something teach it”. Learn the basic principles on how to teach a Kundalini yoga class in this workshop.
