"Dhrib Dhristi Lochina Karma Kriya" means "the action of acquiring insight into the future." This simple yet powerful meditation was first taught on the eve of a full moon, when its effects are strongest, as the subconscious mind is most open to its vibratory influence.
While most meditations require long practice for mastery, this one can be mastered in a single or several sittings due to its unique nature and individual differences.
Practicing for at least 31 minutes is recommended, with 15 minutes as a minimum, and 1.5 to 3 hours for full mastery. With honest and consistent practice, your eyes will gain healing power, your words will deeply inspire and speak truth, and you will develop the ability to project yourself and foresee consequences.
