  • POSTURE 1

    PART 1.

    Be on your hands and knees, raise the left leg up, and raise the right arm up straight in front. Hold the posture.

    TIME: 6 minutes

    To End - Inhale. Exhale, relax the breath.

    PART 2.

    Inhale and raise the opposite arm and leg. Hold the posture.

    TIME: 6 minutes

    To End - Inhale. Exhale, relax the breath.

  • POSTURE 2

    Stand on your knees and put your arms up straight over your head.

    Bend backward from the navel and move your arms and neck in a circle; your shoulders will move but your knees will not move.

    TIME: 2 minutes

    To End - Inhale. Exhale, relax the breath.

  • POSTURE 3

    PART 1.

    Sit down and stretch your legs out straight. Grab the bottoms of your feet and bring your chin to your knees.

    Hold the posture.
    TIME: 5 minutes.

    To End - Inhale. Exhale, relax the breath.

    PART 2.

    Remain in the position, listen to a gong recording, and concentrate at your third eye.

    TIME: 5 minutes.

    Lie on your back and deeply relax every part of your body while you project your energy out of your third eye.


    TIME: 6 minutes.
