SOUND & INTUITION
The Art of Listening
How do you distinguish the voice of your intuition from the constant dialogue of your mind?
Through Kundalini Yoga, chanting meditation, and crystal singing bowls, we explore the relationship between sound, awareness, and intuition. Learn to listen more deeply, recognize the patterns of your mind, and develop a greater sensitivity to your own inner guidance.
We all have an inner dialogue. Thoughts, memories, assumptions, fears, desires, and subtle intuitive impressions continuously move through our minds. But how do we learn to distinguish between them? How do we recognize what comes from old subconscious patterns and conditioning, and what comes from a place of genuine intuition?
The ability to listen is something we can develop.
In this workshop, we explore the relationship between sound, the mind, and intuition through the teachings and practices of Kundalini Yoga.
Sound is not only something we hear externally. We also experience our own sound through our voice, our thoughts, and the inner narratives that shape how we perceive ourselves and the world. By becoming more sensitive to our own sound and learning to listen with greater awareness, we can begin to recognize habitual mental patterns and create space for clearer intuitive perception.
Through Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and chanting meditations, we will work with sound as a tool for awareness, exploring how the mind operates and how to develop a more conscious relationship with our thoughts.
The workshop concludes with a crystal singing bowl sound healing session, offering an opportunity to move from actively creating sound into deep listening, stillness, and receptivity.
The workshop includes:
Kundalini Yoga and breathwork
Chanting meditations and exploration of sound
Teachings on the mind, subconscious patterns, and intuition
Crystal singing bowl sound healing

BECOMING CLEAR
Clearing the Mind Through Kundalini Yoga
Our minds are constantly processing thoughts, impressions, and experiences. When we don't regularly clear out what we accumulate, subconscious patterns and habitual reactions can become a mental load, creating resistance, doubt, and unnecessary disturbances in our lives.
In this workshop, we explore Kundalini Yoga as a practical tool for clearing the mind and releasing subconscious resistance. Through movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, we learn to recognize the patterns that influence us and create space for new habits, greater awareness, and clarity.
The clearer we become within ourselves, the more consciously we can make choices, express our creativity, connect with others, and move through life with direction and purpose.
Our minds are constantly processing thoughts, impressions, memories, and experiences. All of this leaves an imprint, and when we don't regularly clear out what we accumulate, it can become a mental load that influences how we think, feel, and act.
We can have the best of intentions, know exactly what we want to do, and still find ourselves struggling to follow through. Doubts arise, fears take over, or we fall back into familiar habits, even when they no longer serve us. Often, it is not a lack of intention that holds us back, but the subconscious patterns and reactions that interfere with our ability to act on it.
Kundalini Yoga offers practical tools to work with the mind, clear subconscious resistance, and develop greater awareness of what is happening within us.
In this workshop, we explore Kundalini Yoga as a practice that goes far beyond physical movement.
Through breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation, we work with the mind and nervous system, develop awareness of habitual thought patterns, and create space for new ways of thinking and responding.
Becoming Clear is not about eliminating every thought or never experiencing fear or doubt. It is about developing the capacity to recognize what is happening within us, without automatically allowing it to determine how we act.
And this clarity extends beyond ourselves. When we become clearer about who we are, what we want, and what matters to us, we can also become clearer in our relationships, communication, and the way we participate in the world.
As we become less occupied by habitual mental patterns, we create more space for creativity, intuition, and conscious action. Rather than continually responding to old conditioning, we can begin to establish new habits that better support our intentions and the direction we want to take in life.
This workshop combines an introduction to the foundations of Kundalini Yoga with an experiential practice of movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation. An opportunity to explore how these practices can help us become clearer within ourselves and bring that clarity into everyday life.
The workshop includes:
Kundalini Yoga practice with movement and breathwork
Meditation for mental clarity and awareness
Teachings on the subconscious mind, resistance, and habitual patterns
Exploration of how clarity influences our choices, creativity, and relationships
