  • Posture 1: Clap the hands above the head, chant 8x Har

    Posture 2: Slap the hands on the ground, chant 8x Har

    Posture 3: Bounce the arms parallel to the sides, chant 8x Har

    Posture 4: Criss Cross arms and legs (jump), chanting 8 times Har (see video for exact posture)

    Posture 5: Come into archer pose on the right side. Brunch up and down chanting 8x Har

    Posture 6: Come into archer pose on the left side. Brunch up and down chanting 8x Har

    Posture 7: Criss Cross arms and legs (jump), chanting 8 times Har

    Posture 8: Arms straight over the head, palms facing forward, bounce the arms and chant 8x har

    Posture 9: Criss Cross arms and legs (jump), chanting 8 times Har

    Posture 10: Bend to the right with arms over the head, chant 4x Har, while bouncing to the right side.

    Posture 11: Bend to the left with arms over the head, chant 4x Har while bouncing to the side.
