Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine and apply a light Neck Lock.
Raise your arms and arc them over your head. Interlace the fingers so the palms face down. Then, gently pull the arms back and slightly down until the hands rest just above the back of the neck. Keep the chin tucked in.
Chant the lk Acharee Chand shabad:
Ajai Alai Abhai Abai
Abhoo Ajoo Anaas Akaas
Aganj Abhanj Alakh Abhakh
Akaal Dyaal Alaykh Abhaykh
Anaam Akaam Agaahaa Adhaahaa
Anaathay Pramaathay Ajonee Amonee
Na Raagay Na Rangay Na Roopay Na Raykay
Akaramang Abharamang Aganjay Alaykhay
Continue for 11-22 minutes.
To end, inhale deeply, suspend the breath and stretch the arms up high keeping the fingers interlaced.
Exhale powerfully.
Repeat 2 more times. Relax, shake out the hands.
With a strong 10th Body—the Radiant Body—our presence naturally expresses contentment, containment, completeness, and elevated consciousness.
This powerful meditation must be practiced with precision—ensure the hand mudra and arm position are correct and steady.
As you chant the Ik Acharee Chand mantra of Guru Gobind Singh, feel each word as a complete world, projected through the Fifth Chakra and resonating as naad through the Eighth Chakra.
