Mothers Divine Collective is an intentional space where we gather for support, real and honest talk about both the joys and struggles of motherhood
+ a practice for Self Realization and Self Mastery.
As mothers we are our children's first teachers, our family's “chief of staff”, and leaders for a future generation.
Motherhood is kind of a big deal, but it doesn't have to be overwhelming, or a struggle. The pressure we experience as mothers holds the potential to create shining gems—when we know how to apply it right.
The Mothers Divine Collective is a combination of daily practice, women’s teachings, conscious community and accountability which gives an opportunity to create our destinies as mothers who embrace the full spectrum of ‘Jai Ma’, and who trust the Divine in all.
As we co-create and weave together a new experience of what it means to support each other as women and mothers, everyone who is joining this collective is a participating member who see the value in women rising together.

ABOUT THE COLLECTIVE
Mothers Divine Collective is an offer for women who are mothers or mothers to be (currently pregnant or “pregnant-to-be”). The Collective consists of a group of women who desire to come together, share their motherhood journey with like-minded women and would tools for expansion and to create Self Mastery.
The Collective membership is a recurring monthly membership that can be started and ended at anytime. The content switches every 40 day, but you do not have to follow the cycles when signing up—join any time you want.
Each 40 day Nam Satya will put together a daily practice consisting of a 30 minutes Kundalini Yoga set + an 11 minutes meditation which will be done live (Sundays - Thursdays at 8.30pm CET) via our private members-only instagram profile. There are two monthly meet ups included as well, one women’s circle and one workshop with Nam Satya or a guest speaker, on Monday nights (7 PM CET, second and last Monday of the month).
Furthermore you will receive access to the Mothers Divine WhatsApp group with over 50 women—this is your line of support and place to ask questions and receive information (+exclusive content, videos etc.) from Nam Satya.
Mothers Divine was founded by Nam Satya in 2020, after the birth of her son, and counts The Collective, @mothersaredivine—an informational platform on Instagram, and Mothers Divine Course—the annual full spectrum yogic fertility, pregnancy and motherhood course.

WHAT CAN THIS PROGRAM DO FOR ME?
Life as a mother is quite different and sometimes it can be hard to feel understood and seen if we don’t have other mothers to connect with. The Collective welcomes everyone, whether you are a mother or not, and the focus and aim is to put the mother in the center, and to support each other as mothers and what that entails.
As a mother you are responsible not only for your own nervous system regulation but also for that of your child. How you feel as a mother and woman affects everyone around you. It makes our lives so much easier when we know what to do when things don’t go our way, or when we are simply stressed out, overwhelmed, lack energy or feel alone in our role.
This is where a daily practice comes in handy. When we consistently make an effort to balance ourselves, we are more likely to feel stable, balanced and strong. The moments of stress and overwhelm will naturally become less and less, because our window of tolerance grows as our nervous system becomes stronger through our practice.
WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?
The Collective is a monthly subscription-based program, with a 40 day content cycle. Every 40 day you will receive a practice of about 30 min in form of a video recording, which can be done at your own discretion. It can be a daily practice, weekly, or maybe you just want to do it once. Whatever you desire and feel is manageable for you.
In addition to the practice which is more of a physical yoga and breathwork set, we will also be doing the daily meditation. We will do the daily meditation together on IG live stream (live + recording, from Sunday - Thursday at 8.30pm CET), which is another way to come together, create motivation and accountability. You will also receive a recording of the daily meditation in case you prefer not to join the daily IG live sessions.
Twice a month (on the second Monday and last Monday of each month), we will meet in our online space (via Zoom) for our Women’s Circle (first Monday) and for a workshop or additional circle—whatever is needed in this months course (last Monday). This event will be hosted by Nam Satya and occasionally a guest speaker. The circle is a 60-90 min session where we come together to meditate, talk, reflect, ask questions and receive or give support as needed. The workshops can consist of a yoga practice, a talk on a subject that move us, a special focus on a women’s teaching etc.
When signing up for The Collective, you will also receive access to the Mothers Divine WhatsApp group. This is the group with all members of the Mothers Divine program. We don’t exclude anyone, and everyone benefits from the conversations that are taking place there. If we see that a smaller group is needed, i.e. if someone needs support with a specific issue, we can create another group for this purpose, or if more people are looking for for example a daily accountability partner, we can create a specific group for that.
DO I NEED AN INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT TO BE PART OF THE COLLECTIVE?
Actually, no. The IG group is optional and if you don’t want to be on IG you can simply practice the meditation on your own, using the video that is sent to you upon signing up). You also don’t have to participate in the WhatsApp group if you just want to receive the daily practice and be part of the Circle and workshop. All is optional. You decide how much you want to engage and what works best for you.
HOW CAN THIS COMMUNITY BENEFIT ME AS A MOTHER?
I wanted to create this community and program to be easy, yet engaging.
As mothers we’re likely very busy, and we don’t have a ton of time for ourselves or to spend on the computer. That’s why the program is set up to be most convenient for you, whether you prefer participating through email, or the apps that you are likely using anyways in your daily life (you don’t even have to access the webpage again, only when you first register).
Still, we are not budging on the effectiveness—a daily practice done consistently can give you major results! I want for us to be able to meet both casually through the WhatsApp group chat, and more intentionally and ceremonially in our monthly Women’s Circle, and in the workshops. This will give us, what we need as mothers to feel more supported and connected to both ourselves and a like-minded community.
HOW CAN THIS COMMUNITY BENEFIT ME AS A MOTHER TO BE?
If you are not yet a mother, you are very welcome to join The Collective. Spending time with and being around women who are living the kind of life you wish to live someday can help align you with the process. So anyone is welcome to join. Our theme is motherhood and we will be talking about that, so if you are interested and find this space attractive to you of course you are welcome to join.
Pregnant women are of course welcome and encouraged to join, too.
If you are pregnant please notify us and we will send you the pregnancy practice package, which includes a yoga set for each phase of pregnancy + postpartum, and a special meditation that is recommended for women pregnant with boys.
