KUNDALINI YOGA
Kundalini Yoga has the power to very quickly transform a persons quality of life, by creating physical and psychological changes, like reducing stress, improved feeling of self worth and general experience of more calm, ease and clarity. Kundalini Yoga works on improving bodily functions and the body’s chemistry, by balancing the hormonal system, improving major bodily functions, like blood flow, digestion, the circulatory system etc. It provides over-all strengthening and toning of the muscles, and is an excellent form of fitness—and especially great for women in pregnancy.
Within the technology of Kundalini Yoga we find an ancient (but still very relevant) system for how to approach having children. The most noteworthy, and to many eye-opening, notion is that the child is raised in the womb, meaning that the time of pregnancy is the one that shapes the child and determines the quality of their future. Interestingly enough science is now proving that this is very much the case, as the state of the mother during pregnancy determines the epigenetic make up of the child—the DNA activation. This means that the best thing you can do for your child as a mother, is to create the best possible state for yourself during pregnancy. This method is designed to help with that, and gives practical tools for creating sovereignty of self that goes beyond the surface level, and actually generates real states that you can rely on throughout your motherhood journey.
CHILD BIRTH EDUCATION
Navigating the landscape when you are pregnant is just part of the tasks you have at hand as a mother. It requires absolute self trust, a strong intuition and knowing yourself and your values. This course will cover these aspects of classical childbirth education that help inform parents about what to expect during pregnancy, bodily changes to be aware of, medical offers so that you can make informed decisions, and what is actually evidence based and what is not (you might be surprised to know how many routine offers and medical practices are not actually backed by science).
