Begin in Triangle Pose with the heels on the floor. Place the hands and feet about 30 cm (12 inches) apart. The hands and feet remain in the same position throughout the entire exercise.
From Triangle Pose, inhale, exhale, and lower only the chin toward the floor.
Inhale and exhale in Cobra Pose, arching the spine while keeping the arms and legs straight.
Inhale as you rise into Triangle Pose onto the toes, then exhale and lower the heels.
Repeat the sequence beginning with Exercise 1 for 26 repetitions.
Relax for 10 minutes.
Then repeat another 26 repetitions and relax for another 10 minutes.
Repeat once more, followed by a deep relaxation.
This kriya will cure any disease. It opens the valves of the veins and arteries to allow complete circulation. It opens the vertebrae, allowing blood to flow through every part of the spinal column and then throughout every part of the body.
