Have you ever heard the expression “you are your own worst enemy”? Often times what blocks us is a fixed idea or belief in who we are, and what we can and cannot do.
As we are progressing on our paths, we start to form our visions, remove major blocks, and now we are ready to bring our Selfs into full play. When we expand our self confidence, we expand the field of possibilities, and that energy can be applied universally to our lives—from motherhood, to our career, and how we show up in relationships.
Many of us struggling with a limited self image, and limited self confidence. Isn’t it time that we break out of that? Who really is holding you back from grabbing the life that you truly want? Be ready to fully meet the woman you are meant to embody.
As we move through life though, it is only natural that we encounter experiences which can shake us. For many women the transition from maiden to mother can be such an event. When we are firmly rooted in our Selfs however, we trust that we will come through these moments and we will be okay.
Regardless of where you are in your current journey, and what moves inside of you just now, the following practices will bring both comfort and confidence + Self reliance—and those are qualities which are calling us right now, and which will help us feel at ease with the flow or life. I look forward to sharing this expansive practice with you through the month of November.

YOGA PRACTICE — SELF RELIANCE & SELF CARE
Build your physical strength with this quick yoga set, which promotes good cardiovascular circulation, and exercises the ability to rest and relax on command. Do this set daily or weekly, as a way to quickly brighten your aura, and to remove blocks from your field.
This set can be practiced by pregnant women by following the modifications give by Nam Satya in the video. If you are in your last trimester you might not feel comfortable doing the set or there might be too many modifications for you to flow through it. Go to the other tab in the menu to try one of our more pregnancy friendly yoga sets.

MEDITATION TO CONQUER SELF ANIMOSITY
“In this human mechanism you have tremendous policies of destroying yourself. In this human mechanism you have tremendous chance of acting against yourself. But you have also a very beautiful chance to recuperate. There is no dead end. There is no dead end and there is no need to think that you will meet that dead end. You can do fault and you can correct the fault. Because everything fault and right thing is all what you are. You are vibrating being. You can vibrate wrong and you can vibrate right. But if your patterns becomes phobic then comes the problem. It is the phobia, fear of the self, fear of the action, fear of the success, fear of the marriage, fear of the child, fear of the relationship.” —Yogi Bhajan
Finding enemies and excuses as to why you can’t life fully as the person you are meant to be, is classic subconscious self sabotage. This is the meditation that can get you out of that space and into a more beneficial one. “Self animosity” can show up as a lack of confidence, as confusion (!), or through creating enemies and deflecting through blame/circumstances. What is blocking you from living your best life, is you. We gotta get to the root of the issues. This meditation can help us reach deeper.
