THE THIRD EYE
The Sixth chakra is also known as the third eye. It is our spiritual and psychic eye that sees beyond what our physical eyes see. It is not only a physical location in our body linked to the pituitary gland, but also a spiritual portal that can - when we attune ourselves - help guides us via our intuitive and clairvoyant powers. This point is also very interesting when we talk about how we relate to other people. All relationships and all intercourse begin in the third eye. If you want to get a message across, you can project it to another persons third eye and they will receive the message in their psyche.
The third eye is the bridge to our infinite self. It is how we communicate with not only each other but also with the Divine. The arc line is connected to this point (and the other higher chakras), too. By building our sixth chakra awareness we are activating our intuitive navigation system, and we know how to connect to the deeper meanings of life.

SELF PSYCHOLOGY EXERCISES
Contemplate your relationship to your Sixth Chakra, The Third Eye, with these Self Psychology exercises.
The themes of this chakra are intuition, connection, navigation and projection.
The Third Eye is located between the eye brows at the root of the nose. The bones of the forehead are porous meaning light is able to penetrate the forehead. The gland associated with the Sixth Chakra is the pituitary gland.
Journal through the following questions. If you find that your mind takes a different direction and additional questions come up, follow your trail for additional deeper insights.
Complete last weeks exercise if you haven’t done it yet.
Map your intuition
Pick a day to do this exercise (or several days if you wish)
Throughout the day just observe and note down every time you make a decision and where that decision comes from (logical mind, emotion, intuition, “gut” etc.)
Notice how many decisions you make and from which place.
Reflect on the results.
How many decisions did you make based on your intuition?
Note that it is not “bad” or “good”. Simply observe what your relationship to your personal navigation system is, and let it teach you about how you operate in the world.
Perhaps you have the intention to make more decisions based on your intuition or a gut feeling, rather than logical mind? Perhaps you want to develop your logical mind decision making skills? It is all sacred.
