  • INSTRUCTIONS

  • POSTURE I

Sit in Easy Pose with the spine straight. Place the left hand in front of the Heart Center with the palm facing down and the forearm parallel to the ground. Straighten the right arm and raise it to a 60-degree angle in front of the body. The elbow is tight and straight. Face the right palm down with the fingers together, thumb relaxed.

    Close the eyes.

Breathe slowly and honestly. Work up to breathing only one breath per minute (20 seconds inhale, 20 seconds hold, 20 seconds exhale). Feel a Divine Presence surround you.

Continue for 11 minutes. To end, Inhale deep, then deeper, and hold the breath tight. Squeeze the body and spread this pain all over in the body. Hold for 15 seconds, then exhale. Repeat 2 more times, holding the last breath for 25 seconds. Relax and move the hands, torso, shoulders, and rib cage for 1 to 2 minutes.

  • POSTURE II

In Easy Pose. Extend both arms straight out in front of the chest, parallel to the ground, palms together, locking the thumbs over each other.

    Close the eyes.

Whistle a song of your choice. Whistle strongly. The stronger you whistle, the better it will work.

  • POSTURE III

    Easy Pose.

Immediately bring the hands into Lotus Mudra with the base of the palms at the level of the tip of the nose. Hold the hands firm and steady. Totally relax the rest of the body.

    Eyes are closed.
    Continue for 3 minutes.

  • ENDING

To end, interlace the fingers at the Heart Center, forearms parallel to the ground, and press the palms together as hard as you can. Inhale and hold the breath for 10 seconds. Exhale. Repeat two more times. Relax, talk, and ground yourself.
