KEY CONCEPTS OF FERTILITY AND CONSCIOUS CONCEPTION

I’ll just go ahead and say it: women have been sold a lie! We have been told that our fertility naturally decline with age, and if you’re pregnant past 35 your pregnancy is even labeled as geriatric(!?)

In the yogic world we know that fertility is not determined by age but rather by a state. The womb can be opened in many ways, and there are many practices to help do so. Your connection to creativity also plays a big role, as there is no act as creative as creating a child.

Did you know that your fertile phase also extends past the time of your ovulation? This is known as the “lunar window”, and can be calculated by looking at the moon phase in which you were born.

Don’t believe me? I’ve seen women past the age of 45 getting pregnant, and I know women who have conceived at times when they didn’t think they were able to (and science would say they wouldn’t have been able to either), and others who have been told that they were infertile or would never have children only to become mothers after starting their kundalini journey (and I’ve even heard of a woman in our community who had an immaculate conception).

When your way of life is based on spiritual practices and principles, you’re in the habit of making the impossible possible. When you do this work you know that you can move the barriers and that anything can happen. This extends to the notions of fertility and conception too.

5 key concepts of fertility and conception

The Mothers Divine Course is based on a yogic philosophy and practices as presented in Kundalini Yoga, and bridged with and supported by science wherever possible (there are more similarities than you would think).

These 5 core concepts (out of 20—see the rest here) are the foundational views from which we will approach child birth education in Mothers Divine Course.

1. Fertility is a state not determined by age.

Whether anecdotally or mythological (remember Sarah in the Bible who became pregnant at age 90?), the yogis know that our age does not have to impact the state of our health. A yogi’s body ages differently, and we have a myriad of practices, from exercises, to breathe work and diet which can greatly help to positively impact your fertility.

2. Your fertile window can extend past your ovulation phase.

This is something I got really into recently, but I am super excited to share about fertility astrology in the course (it is not complicated at all, and you don’t need to know about all the signs, planets and houses to calculate this for yourself or others). When I first heard about the possibility of increasing your chances of conceiving based on the lunar phases, I was very skeptical. Now I’ve researched it and read many accounts and I know that this is a real thing (I also have a friend who became pregnant during her lunar window, at a time when she wasn’t supposed to be ovulating).

3. The parents state at the moment of conception determines the "baseline frequency" of the child.

Everybody has what's called a “baseline frequency”. This is the frequency which you can never “go under”. Emotions and states in the body creates a frequency within us, and the yogic practices are meant to help elevate that frequency. But did you know that you as a parent can set your child’s baseline frequency? This happens if at the moment of conception you are healthy and in an elevated + conscious state (and feel really sexually good and fulfilled).

4. "Conscious Conception" is when a soul chooses its mother, rather than it being by chance.

It is said that on the 120th day the soul comes into the mother’s womb. Did you know that there are 25.000 souls per square yard? During the 120th day of a “regular” pregnancy any soul can jump in and start to inhibit the womb. But if you are a meditative and conscious woman, a soul can “reserve you” way in advance. You might even have felt that? Maybe there is a soul hovering around you, or you have had visions or dreams about a child who wants you to be their mother? That is a known as a conscious conception. It can also mean planning meticulously the actual act of conceiving, but not necessarily. Sometimes the soul finds their way to you in a way that seems more “random”. It’s all sacred and you will know.

5. "Light Conception" is when celestial beings assist in bringing through another light being soul. This might happen in the form of an immaculate conception.

This is an interesting concept that I have researched and studies quite a bit. Not that an immaculate conception (pregnancy without intercourse) is my goal, but a light conception can also happen at the moment of conception with an intercourse. “Light conception” is the light work of bringing through very high beings onto this planet. Sometimes these highly sensitive and high frequency beings cannot last, and light conceptions can possibly lead to miscarriages. I believe this is one of the reasons why we see more and more miscarriages in the last years (many factors but this is one). Many light beings are coming through or they’re trying. Sometimes a miscarriage can lead a woman to change her path, approach the next pregnancy with even more prayers and reverence, and that is when the being is able to come through. We need these light beings to help usher in the new humanity. Light conception is a key concept I hope we can understand and learn more about this year in the course.

MOTHERS DIVINE COURSE starts next Sunday, September 3, 2023 with a full day of training (replays will be available for those who are unable to join live).

You can drop in for module 1 if you have a specific interest in the fertility and conception teachings only. Should you decide to join the full course later your payment will be subtracted from the full course price.
