SAT NAM AND WELCOME TO DEEPER STUDIES
This course was carried out between April and June 2022, with 30+ live participants from all over the world. What we have created here is a container of energy and transformation that works across time and space; meaning that regardless of when you are taking this course, you will be able to tap into that energy and feel it for yourself, when you are doing the daily practice and in the workshops. DEEPER STUDIES is a transformational method, with Kundalini Yoga as its foundation, that has the power to uplift you. In a Kundalini Yoga class setting we know that when one person is uplifted we all benefit. A lot of transformation has already taken place in this virtual space, and we hope you are able to stay open to receive those blessings too.
My greatest wish is that the course will inspire you to share this technology with others. Kundalini Yoga was made for teachers of the Aquarian Age (the astrological age that we are in now—aka the “Now Age”) to share as a way of helping humanity at large to get by, and to not only survive, but to thrive in this time and age. You are here because you have heard that calling, and I hope that with these foundational practices and initial modules, you will feel confident and trust your ability to give others an experience of their own Infinity.
I will stay connected with you during your time in the course, and also via the DEEPER STUDIES WhatsApp group which you will get access to. I encourage you to use it as it is now a place with several trained teachers, and long time students. THE BASICS
THE DAILY PRACTICE
To get a really deep experience of Kundalini Yoga and of this course it is advised that you do the following practices everyday for at least 40 days (and perhaps even beyond that). If you are completely new to Kundalini Yoga, or if you have any injuries or other restrictions that prohibit you from doing the full 1.5 h practice every day, please just choose what you want to focus on. Remember: consistency is better than switching the practice, or skipping days because it is too long. You will find the PDF write up of the practice below if you prefer to practice without the video. For women who are on their moon cycles, an additional practice option can be found below.
