THE DAILY PRACTICE

In this module we will start with the most basic and most important part of Kundalini Yoga: The Sadhana practice.

Yogi Bhajan said it himself, when a student asked if there was anything else they needed to know about kundalini yoga. Yogi Bhajan said: “Three things: Sadhana, Sadhana, Sadhana”. The juice is in the Sadhana.

Sadhana just means “practice”, but there are ways to make your daily practice more powerful, for example by practicing in the early morning hours.

In this module we will talk about what a Sadhana is, how to structure it, how to lead a Sadhana in a group, and most importantly find your big WHY, that can motivate you to stay diligent and actually do your practice on a daily basis, year after year.
