DAILY PRACTICE

To go deeper into the class theme, by practicing one of or both of these meditations for up to 31 minutes. 3 minutes each is a great option if you already have a daily practice and a longer meditation you do daily. Simply add each of these at the end of your practice for 3 minutes. You will see major results in your way of communicating with others.

8 STROKE BREATH

Segmenting the breath in this way helps to balance the Pineal Gland—the master gland which is said to be the guardian of our health (along with the pituitary). You could practice this meditation daily to destress at the end of the day before going to bed, but it can be practiced at any time that you need it.
