MOTHERS DIVINE COURSE

THE BASICS

How to use this course

Mothers Divine Course 2022, was carried out in live workshops from September to December 2022 and had a total of 28 participants from all over the world. Now the course remains available here, as a self study practice.

How to begin your self study experience…

  • On this page you will find the course manuals + some suggested daily practices, suitable for every phase of pregnancy from pre conception to post natal.

  • If you are pregnant (which we know many of you are) check the pregnancy practice guidelines here. Know that not all classes are 100% pregnancy friendly in the first and last module (as these practices focus on fertility and postpartum healing) but modifications will always be given during the classes. Still it is good to know the basics + remember of course to always listen to your body, your baby and only do what feels like a “yes”.

  • Go to each tab in the menu and do the videos the suggested order. At the end of each module you will find additional self study material, recommended reading + the resources used in the workshops (slides, pdfs and more).

  • You can reach Nam Satya and team on this email: contact@namsatyakaur.com , for any questions or technical issues. You are always welcome to use this email also if you would like to get in contact with any of the course guest facilitators, Birjiwan and Ardas Chandra and Kirtan Lakshmi.

 MOTHERS DIVINE COURSE MANUAL

The manual is the foundational piece for our work in Mothers Divine Course, and will give you an immediate overview of everything that we are going to cover, from pre conception all the way to the postpartum phase.

In each module you will receive an additional study guide which contains some recommended reading, either in the form of studies which support our course content, or additional writings by Nam Satya—it really depends on the module and what we need to learn. You will also receive the PowerPoints that Nam Satya is using during the “Physiology of…” lectures, which will be uploaded on the Modules page after the lectures.

Find link to download the manual below.

DAILY PRACTICES

To get the most out of the course experience, it is recommended that you do a daily practice. Click the button below to find the suggested practice library, with five practices—one for each phase of pregnancy, and choose the one that correspond best to the phase of your motherhood journey that you are currently in.

Nam Satya is teaching an online class every Tuesday at 9.30 am CET (also available as replay) that you can also sign up for if you want to join a weekly live class. View this offer here.

For more pregnancy friendly classes check out Nam Satya’s Pregnancy Yoga class series here.

Woman has basic strength; that’s why kundalini is called the mother power. If woman can live righteously to a standard of a pure woman, Kundalini Yoga will shine through her, and not only shine through her but the very touch of her will convert people into that experience. They call it the glow.
