Four 2 hour Kundalini Yoga workshops with Nam Satya (Nov 1 - 4, 2026).
Daily sound healing sessions (crystal singing bowls or gong)
Free access to the hotel spa (saunas, wellness area, pools etc.)
Free access to the hotel facilities (gym, climbing wall, hiking trails etc.)
Daily vegetarian meals: breakfast with a wide selection of local products, homemade specialities and freshly prepared dishes. Afternoon snack from 15.00 to 17.00 with changing dishes, fresh salads and breads, as well as sweet treats to enjoy with tea or coffee. The booking does not include…
Your flight and transportation to Italy and to the hotel. The nearest airport is Bolzano (a taxi is around 180€ from there to the hotel). You will be put in contact with the other retreat participants, and can arrange transportation together, if desired and possible.
Spa treatments (book with the hotel, either when you arrive or call in advance).
Lunch. A snack buffet is provided daily between 15.00 - 17.00 with healthy snacks and sweet treats. If you feel you need a more substantial meal, you can have lunch at your own cost in the hotel restaurant.
Hotel activities that require a guide (guided hikes, guided ice-bathing, quartz cave).
