On this page you will find a suggested daily practice. This practice consist of staple kundalini yoga practices that I have a personal relationship with and that I greatly believe that anyone will benefit from! Try it for 40 days. If the practice is too long for you, just commit to one thing and do it for 40 days. If you like the practice and the results they give you, why not continue even longer?
