Welcome to Module 3 of DEEPER STUDIES: The Yogic Body
This module is a total overview and break down of the human body as described and experienced in Kundalini Yoga.
You are not only your physical body—your total structure as a human includes 10 bodies, counting also your soul, mind, aura, radiant body + your chakras and tattvas (elements) etc.
In this module we will get a deeper understanding of our energetic make up, and how to enhance our energy levels, projection, radiance, compassion and thought process, through the activation and the use of our total human Self.
When we understand these basic concepts, we can access all parts of ourselves, and we can more easily regulate and adjust to different emotions and circumstances.
In this module we will also focus on self healing practices, going deeper into kriyas and meditations that promotes health and healing.
