To see you through the holidays, practice this quick set that will help you to stay clear minded, and feel in control and strong in your auric field. These are times of joy and celebration—and also times where you might feel triggered or off balance.
Many of us might be traveling, spend more time with family and with our children, and we need something that is short, yet effective. That is why I have shared my favorite exercises for a quick auric tune up, that energizes you, while seriously strengthening your physical body (+ auric and radiant body) + grounds and strengthens your lower chakras. We are also doing the meditation to refresh your brain—so that we can stay clear minded and level headed, in these often intense but nonetheless fun times.
