THE DAILY PRACTICE
To get a really deep experience of The Chakras it is advised that you do the following practices everyday for at least 40 days.
If you are completely new to Kundalini Yoga, or if you have any injuries or other restrictions that prohibit you from doing the practice every day or in full, please just choose what you can and focus on that. Remember: consistency is better than switching the practice, or skipping days because it is too long.
For women who are on their moon cycles or pregnancy: In the first meditation (pranic exercise), do not hold the breath but keep long deep breathing, and do not apply pressure with the hands on the navel point. In Sat Kriya, do not pull the navel in and up, simply chant along. For pregnancy women, the arms can be relaxed down with hands on the knees. Chakra meditation, okay for both pregnant and menstruating women.
