WINTER SOLSTICE PRACTICE GUIDE
On November 12, we are 40 days out from the Winter Solstice. This is a great window to start a practice, or double down and add to your existing practice.
The solstices, equinoxes and moon days are major power days, that offer a moment in time that can enhance your intentions and your efforts + generate a lot of change for you.
On this page you will find a practice that I suggest and recommend for this winter solstice window.
Do all of it, or pick at least one practice to stick with for the next 40 days, and watch the transformations happen.

Antaar Naad Meditation
Antar Naad Mudra is the meditation that opens you up to the full effect and knowledge of any other mantra. It is said that those who practices this meditation is granted prosperity, creativity, and protection against attacks, and that it gives power to your words and brings good luck.
It is claimed that those seeking mastery in mantra were once required to master this before taking on any other mantra practice.
Swan Kriya
Swan kriya gives you grace and develops your Subtle Body.
You are opening your third eye and building your intuition.
The spinal is moved, giving fresh blood and circulation to the brain + the spinal fluid is moved.
Fists of Anger
Releases negativity, anger, frustration, fatigue, and fear of failure.
Strengthens the heart and gives aerobic capacity.
Addiction Meditation
This meditation helps to regulate the pineal and pituitary glands. It is excellent for everyone, but particularly effective for rehabilitation efforts in drug dependence, mental illness, and phobic conditions.
A yoga set
It would be awesome if you could do a yoga set everyday in this window of time. You do not have to do the same yoga set every day. If you are looking for a shorter consistent practice, you can skip the yoga set (you’re already doing yoga by doing swan kriya and fists of anger).
AJNA STIMULATION KRIYA — Opens the third eye and makes you intuitive.
BASIC SPINAL ENERGY SERIES — Awakens the Kundalini energy.
CORRECTING NERVE SHALLOWNESS — Strengthens the nervous system and is a good short workout set.
FOR UNKNOWN CAUSES OF SICKNESS — Balances the prana and asana. Great for strengthening the immune system.
HAR AEROBIC KRIYA — A great cardio workout, and a prosperity practice that balances the aura.
KRIYA FOR ELEVATION — Strengthens the aura, and gently works out the body.
KRIYA FOR THE INSTINCTUAL SELF — Strengthens the lower body and chakras.
BUILD UP THE GLANDULAR SYSTEM AND INNER ORGANS (MASTER SET NO 1) — For glandular balance.
NAVEL ADJUSTMENT KRIYA — Works out the core, and sets the navel point.
NERVOUS SYSTEM OVERHAUL — Powerful set to strengthens the nervous system and lower body.
PITUITARY GLAND SERIES — Nice stretchy set, that balances the sixth chakra.
SHORT & SWEET KRIYA — A calm and gentle yoga set that builds parasympathetic nervous system balance.
STRENGTHEN THE AURA — Works on the upper body to build a strong aura.
STRENGTHENING THE STOMACH — Aids digestion, and strengthens the core.
THE WAKE UP SET — Short set to wake you up and get you going.
WAHE GURU KRIYA — A yoga set which uses sound to balance and optimize the glands.
Ong Lakshman
This mantra opens the earthly wealth, and draws on the inner earth wealth of the dwarf realms. It’s a prosperity mantra. It brings money to the person who chants it. Chant it when you need money.
EVENING PRACTICES
If you have the time and the capacity to go all in in this Winter Solstice window, I suggest you do a short evening practice before bedtime. As previously stated, any of these practices are optional, and you can put together or commit to what works for you.
Some of us already started Tershuls kriya on the last 11th Day of the Moon, and plan on continuing the practice of this meditation.
Tershula kriya is actually suggested as an evening practice.
Ard Kachari kritt, is a simple yet powerful meditation, that helps to balance the brain hemispheres, and adjust the crown chakra, to help you think better.
