SADHANA GUIDE


On this page you will find a suggested daily practice to accompany you thorughout this training. You are welcome to do this practice for the entirety of the course, or if you already have a daily practice that you like, you can keep going with that one, adjusting the the course requirements (if you want). Make sure you cover these four areas: breath (pranayam), yoga set (a kriya), meditation + mantra in your daily sadhana for a full experience.

Course Requirements

In order to complete this training and obtain your certificate, you have to do a 40 day Sadhana consisting of minimum an 8 minute pranayam and a 31 minute meditation—done consistently and unbroken every day for 40 days.

Which ones you choose is up to you, but they have to be the same ones throughout (exception for Breath of Fire or other meditations like Sodarshan Chakra kriya that needs to be modified when a woman is on her cycle. You can choose one of these, and on the first 3 days of your cycle, you can switch or modify—I still accept it as 40 days).

If you are not sure which practices to choose, then follow my suggestions below.

If now is not an ideal time for you to do a 40 days Sadhana, you can do it at anytime within the next year, and just let me know when you have completed it. I will then send you the course certificate.

It is suggested that you play these in the morning—during your sadhana practice or listening to or reciting them before or after.

PRANAYAMS
